Day-01 Arrival at Cairo
Our representative will meet you inside the airport, look for the Off The Map sign. After you pick up your luggage your guide will bring you to your hotel in Cairo City.
Day-02 Cairo
Our adventure starts this morning with a trip to Giza. Here we visit The Great Pyramids of Giza. From here we can take an exciting camel ride in the open desert to see a panoramic view of this world famous site. We take our time to stroll around the complex and they pay a visit to the legendary Sphinx that is said to be guarding these Pyramids since ancient times. We get a chance to witness the heavy blows dealt throughout history by this mythical creature. Return to hotel for a short break. We will check out of the hotel this afternoon and can use this time to explore more of Cairo.
Meals: Breakfast.
01: Explore beyond Giza: Visit Saqqara and the Step Pyramid.
02: Dinner Cruise on the Nile with Belly Dance and Whirling Dervish show.
Day-03 Cairo – Aswan
Free Day. You can catch up with your sleep and rest if you wish today. If you feel rested and up to it, you can take some of our optional tours or explore the interesting bazaars and markets on your own.
In the evening we transfer to the train station for an overnight train to Aswan.

Day-04 Arrival Aswan
Upon arrival in Aswan you will be transferred to your hotel. This afternoon we will visit the High Dam and the fascinating Phile Temple. This entire temple was uprooted from its original position and moved to its present location to save it from drowning in Lake Nasser. We will take a motor boat to reach the temple and witness numerous signs left by various nations that have worshiped here over the last two millennia. This evening you can visit the interesting Aswan market and find yourself a great deal on some good Egyptian outfits. Overnight: Basma Hotel 5* or similar.

Day-05 Aswan
Morning is free for personal activities or use this time for our optional excursion to the splendid temple of Abu Simble, one of the most remarkable temples in Egypt. In the afternoon we cruise around the enchanting Islands of the Nile. Today you will get an opportunity to ride camels in the Sahara to the nearby monastery and the Nubian village. Meals: Breakfast.

Day-06 Sail: Aswan – Kom Ombo
Morning is free for personal activities or use this time for our optional excursion to the splendid temple of Abu Simble, one of the most remarkable temples in Egypt. In the afternoon we cruise around the enchanting Islands of the Nile. Today you will get an opportunity to ride camels in the Sahara to the nearby monastery and the Nubian village.

Day-07 Sail: Kom Ombo – Luxor
This morning after breakfast we disembark and say good bye to our Nubian sailors. If time and day permits we take this opportunity to see a local camel market. We board our private transport and drive to the Temple of Kom Ombo dedicated to the Crocodile Headed God – Sobek. Later we stop at The Temple of Horus (the Falcon Headed God) at Edfu. Both of these temples offer a great insight into the history of ancient Egyptian religion, its scientific and architectural accomplishments. We continue to drive northwards to the famous city of Luxor. This afternoon we will take the opportunity to visit the Luxor Temple, a grand, awe inspiring structure on the east bank of the Nile. This is a perfect time to visit the temple just a little before sunset. After sunset the temple is lit up and it turns into a glowing gem of Egyptian antiquity. Overnight: Mercure Hotel or similar. Meals: BF.
Day-08 Luxor
This morning we cross the Nile and head to the Valley of Kings. Our first stop is the Colossi of Memon the seated statues of Pharoh Amenhotep III. We continue to the Valley of Kings to see its impressive tombs carved through the rock. These tombs have continued to reveal amazing mysteries and treasures including those that belong to king Tut-Ankh-Amun also known as King Tut. On our way back to Luxor we stop to see Dar-El-Behri – the grand temple of Queen Hatshepsut. This Afternoon our guide will take us to the Karnak Temple, one of the most inspiring and most imposing in all of Egypt. Here we witness its enormous one hundred and thirty four massive columns that stand the test of time and fascinate the visitor even today. Evening is free to explore the city’s busy corniche and sample some interesting local food.
